Getting in to drawing again… Part VIII
Inspired on a gorgeous chair-seat in a lovely restaurant ‘De Zakkendrager’ (roughly translates into ‘The Bagbearer’) in Utrecht where I had the most delicious gnocchi with artichoke and courgette, and chocolate-cake with cherry ice cream for desert!
- I’ll stop with this thingy when I reach nr X and start posting my drawings without the feeling of just picking up drawing again, but with the feeling of drawing being a part of my life. :-) -
Getting in to drawing again… Part I
Up until my late teens I used to draw all the time. I loved making mandala’s and patterns en liked to play with depth and mathematics. And when I cleared out my cabinets a few weeks ago, I found some of my drawings from back then and thought it was kind of a shame that I have seemed to give up on drawing and painting in my twenties. So, at age 27, one of my goals for the rest of this year is to get passionate about drawing again. This and the following are my drawings from the last few days.
